Is Rocky the laziest dog on here?

I know he had been out on a long walk this afternoon, and that he was sound asleep just before I put his food down, but leaving his backside up on the chair while he eats has got to be the epitome of laziness.

its really bad for there gut though to eat with there ass up hill, so chase him off when he does that

I didn't let him stay there as I didn't want the meat on the chair.

Concerning what's in the bowl. Well there was 1.5kg's of horse meat and five chicken wings.
