The new Income Tax form

I was just told that Gordon Brown plans to introduce a new 'simplified' tax return form which will have just three sections:-

Section 1 will ask you to declare you earnings for the tax year

Section 2 will ask you to declare how much you have left out of the answer given in Section 1

and

Section 3 will ask you send to the Inland revenue whatever your answer to Section 2 was

Couldn't be simpler than that now,

That's very good, but I already thought it was that way now.
